Established by Satya Narayan Maheshwari in Kolkata, SNM Group began as a leading wholesale trading firm specializing in cattle feed, oilseeds, food grains, and pulses. In 1995, the group diversified into rice production, setting up a rice industry in Balasore, Odisha. Today, SNM Group boasts an extensive food processing complex in Balasore, equipped with cutting-edge facilities to cater to diverse customer demands.
SNM Group is one of Odisha's largest agro-based and allied product manufacturers, with state-of-the-art facilities including a 50 TPD rice production unit, 150 TPD solvent extraction unit, and 50 TPD rice grit and idli rava manufacturing plant. Other capabilities include a 15 TPD puffed rice plant, 10 TPD rice flour mill, and in-house manufacturing units for pet bottles and tin cans. The group’s product range spans parboiled and raw rice varieties, puffed rice, oils (refined rice bran, groundnut, sesame, mustard), rice flour, idli rava, de-oiled cakes, and more. These are offered in bulk and consumer packaging and are distributed nationwide

Launching ready-to-eat idli , dosa batter and masala mudhi. We will be installing a 5 MW power plant and advanced food packaging unit by 2035.
